CNC Hold Down Wooden Clamps Kit

Why use wooden clamps instead of metal?
Quite simply these wooden clamps will work in the same way.
and if you run a cutter into them they are far less likely to break your expensive cutter.
We use them and so far we have not broken a cutter.
This is an easily assembled kit to make five hold down clamps suitable for woodworking / work holding applications.

The kit comes as set of laser cut parts that can simply be glued together; pay attention to the grain as they have been designed to continue the plywood cross grain for added strength.

Each assembled clamp has a 8mm clearance slot for you to use your own bolts and T nuts.

Once assembled each clamp is approximately:
105mm long x 30mm wide x 27mm tall
with 4mm diameter hole through the pivot end.
